Delivering a range of new jobs for Warwick
Warwick 1 Unit Trust c/o PLP is preparing proposals for modern business space on land to the east of Stratford Road, Longbridge, Warwick.
The whole site is allocated for employment development, with the majority of this having already secured outline planning permission, meaning that the principle of development on the site has already been established. We are now bringing forward two applications to help deliver this space and associated new jobs.
